The Harborne Hospital, part of HCA UK, is seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner for Robotics to lead the robotic surgery service, drive innovation and ensure high standards of perioperative care. This role focuses on safe practice, team leadership and advancing robotic pathways in a busy theatre environment.
You will coordinate robotic theatre lists, support surgeons and anaesthetists, ensure equipment readiness and mentor colleagues, with opportunities to deputise for the Surgical Services
