As demand for legacy modernisation continues to grow, we're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Legacy Conversion Consultant to support major application transformation programmes across both public and private sector clients.

This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with innovative automation technology, helping organisations move away from legacy platforms and embrace modern architectures.

You'll work with TXP's proprietary migration tooling to analyse, convert and validate enterprise applications, while helping shape the future of our conversion methodologies and automation capabilities.What you'll be doingAs a Legacy Conversion Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering complex migration and modernisation projects, including:

• Analysing and assessing legacy applications, primarily developed in Gen.
• Executing application migrations using TXP's automated conversion tooling.
• Supporting the migration of applications to:
  • Native COBOL environments (CICS, IMS-DC and DB2)
  • Modern platforms including Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular and cloud technologie...
