My client, a national professional services organisation has asked me to assist to in the hiring of a SQL Developer to join their business-critical technology team based in Birmingham city centre.

The role supports a high-volume, automated case-management platform and is ideal for someone with strong SQL skills who enjoys problem-solving, analysing workflows, and working closely with the business, rather than purely greenfield development.

The Role

You'll operate at the intersection of Support and Delivery, focusing on complex SQL-driven issues and small enhancement pieces that originate from live operational systems.

Initially, your work will centre around a high-volume service line that is fundamental to the organisation's day-to-day operations, where data accuracy and system stability are essential.

The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop deep system and domain knowledge over time.
