Eligo Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling SaaS technology company to hire a Principal Software Engineer (Go) in the West Midlands. The role focuses on shaping architecture, mentoring teams, and delivering high-scale AdTech capabilities within a cloud-native, distributed SaaS platform.
You will lead multiple engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and implement best practices while remaining hands-on with critical components of the platform in a hybrid work setup.
