Birmingham / Hybrid Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 + Benefits About the Role We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a leading digital consultancy delivering impactful projects across public and private sector organisations.

You'll work with in multidisciplinary teams to build secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and engineering best practices. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining applications using Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot Developing microservices and REST APIs. Delivering solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP environments. Working with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver user-focused digital services.

Mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practice. What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience with Kotlin.

Background in Java and Spring Boot development.

Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Dev Ops and modern software delivery practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.

Mentoring or technical leadership experience is a plus.
