Lead Software Engineer Software & IT Lead Brighton / Fully Remote 50,000 to 80,000 DOE + Shares & Package Excellent opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to join a small, but rapidly growing start-up company as they approach Series A funding, in a varied and autonomous role where you can stamp your mark on the business and help them achieve their long-term goals.

This start-up turned scale-up business specialise within solutions for the renewable energy sector and have already gone through pre-seed, and seed funding stages. Through growth, they are looking to make their first IT & Software  this role you will take an engineering lead on taking an exciting idea from concept all the way through to being a functional product. This is currently a blank canvas, and you can implement your own operational processes, programming languages, frameworks, and ideas to help shape and drive the company.

The ideal candidate will be a Lead Software Engineer who has experience within software solutions and has experience creating a practical process & product from concept to completion. Any previous experience working within a manufacturing company is beneficial but not essential.
