About the RoleAs a Sea freight Imports Coordinator, you’ll manage import shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of sea freight import shipments
- Complete and review customs entries (CDS)
- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers
- Monitor and update shipments using freight software
- Solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea freight Imports working for a freight forwarder
- Familiarity with freight forwarding software (any major platform)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Competitive salary up to £37,000
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
