As a Sea freight Imports Coordinator, you'll manage import shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

• Coordinate all aspects of sea freight import shipments
• Complete and review customs entries (CDS)
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers
• Monitor and update shipments using freight software
• Solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea freight Imports working for a freight forwarder
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software (any major platform)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
