🧭 The role
As a First Officer on the Boeing 737NG, you will operate in a multi‑crew environment to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient short and medium haul operations. You will uphold SOPs, apply robust TEM and CRM, and contribute to a positive flight deck culture while maintaining the highest professional standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements- Minimum 500 hours on multi‑pilot jet aircraft
- UK CAA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and completed Advanced UPRT
- Class 1 medical
- ICAO English Level 4+
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel
- Able to pass all pre‑employment and airport security background checks required for the issuance of an airport
- Must be able to report to home base within a maximum of 90 minutes when on standby duty
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must hold the ongoing right to live and work where you will be based
- Open to UK CAA licence holders
Type rating is provided for successful candidates. Where applicable, training may be delivered via ZFTT in accordance with FCL.

- ZFTT criteria:
Minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi‑pilot turbo‑jet aeroplane certificated to CS‑25 (or equivalent), or on a multi‑pilot turboprop with MTOM ≥ 10 tonnes or certified for more than 19 passengers - Pathway includes:
Ground school, simulator phases, skill test, base training if required, and supervised line flying - Recurrent training and checking maintained to regulatory and company standards
Note:
Candidates who meet the 500‑hour jet minimum also satisfy the experience element for ZFTT as per FCL.
