Base salary: £38,767 per annum
Regional Allowance: £3,000 per annum
Meal allowance: £1,035 per annum
Annual earnings: £42,802 + overtime

Due to continuous growth, we are recruiting a Class 2 Driver to join the team at our Meriden plant. The fleet consists of 4‑axle 32‑t rigid trucks—POD, Auger Tipper and Mixer trucks—all with automatic gearboxes. Your role will be the first point of face‑to‑face contact with our customers, delivering mortar to building sites in the local area. You will operate both multi‑compartment Pod and Mixer vehicles, which you must maintain and clean daily.

You will represent Marshalls Mortars and Screeds and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Additional expectations include punctuality, an early‑riser attitude for on‑time deliveries, maintaining high health and safety standards, and adhering to specific customer requirements. We expect calm and professional behaviour when challenges arise.

Flexible during the day with the possibility to work alternative Saturdays. Overtime on Saturdays is paid.

• Current Class 2 HGV licence with no restrictions and a maximum of 3 points on the driver’s licence
• Current Drivers CPC card
• Experience with Mixer or Pod trucks is advantageous; full training will be provided
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
