About the Role

We are seeking experienced and reliable Class 2 Drivers to join a leading distribution and logistics operation in Birmingham. This is a customer-facing, multi-drop delivery role involving the safe and timely delivery of products to commercial customers across the region.

Working with a Driver's Mate, you will be responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness.

* Safely operate a Class 2 (Category

C) vehicle.

* Complete multi-drop deliveries to commercial premises.

* Load, unload, and secure goods safely.

* Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery point.

* Complete delivery documentation and electronic proof-of-delivery records.

* Collect returns, pallets, and other reusable assets where required.

* Adhere to Driver Hours, Tachograph, and Road Transport regulations.

* Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or delivery issues promptly.

* Maintain a professional and positive company image.

Requirements

Essential

* Valid Class 2 (Category

C) Licence.

* Valid Driver CPC qualification.

* Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time regulations.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to undertake manual handling duties.

* Flexible and reliable approach to work.

Desirable

* Multi-drop delivery experience.

* Experience with in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG environments.

* Experience using handheld delivery devices.
