Transport Controller and Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Transport Controller & Warehouse Operative to join our Birmingham operation and play a key role in keeping our transport and warehouse activities running smoothly and safely.

Working within our busy operation, you’ll help coordinate drivers, manage routing, support warehouse activities, and ensure daily service levels are achieved efficiently and safely.

• Planning daily workloads and coordinating driver routes
• Supporting transport operations and maintaining service performance
• Loading and unloading vehicles using FLT equipment
• Working across both warehouse and office functions
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintaining accurate documentation and operational systems
• Acting as a key link between drivers, warehouse teams, and transport control
• Helping create an efficient, organised, and professional working environment

We’re seeking someone with energy, organisation, and a positive attitude who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy operational environment.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• FLT Certification (or willingness to complete training)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive and team‑focused attitude

• Previous experience within transport, warehouse, or logistics operations
