Role Overview
The Driver is responsible for the timely and professional loading, delivery, and collection of welfare units at customer sites, including demonstrating and completing necessary checks and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Operate vehicles safely per UK regulations.
- Conduct vehicle and load checks.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Maintain route documentation.
- Ensure units are prepared and clean for delivery.
- Interact with customers.
- Lift and move physical loads.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Knowledge of driving legislation, map reading, mechanics, health and safety awareness, good communication, and ability to work flexible hours.
- Valid Class 1 + E license, tachograph/card, and pre‑employment testing.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Driver CPC certification preferred.
Full‑time employment with a salary between £38,000 and £45,000 per year.
