HGV 1 Removals Driver

This full-time, permanent role covers the UK and Europe, requiring occasional overnight stays and night-out duties.

• You will drive large vehicles, support removals by packing, loading, unloading, and dismantling furniture.
• Physical fitness is essential for manual tasks, and flexibility to work unsocial hours, including some nights away, is required.
• A valid passport is necessary for cross-Europe moves.
• Professional, polite behavior and strong communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility are critical to meet schedule demands.
• Completing and submitting accurate removals paperwork and maintaining communication with the office are essential.
• Uniform and PPE must be worn when handling customer deliveries and at sites.
• Own transport is needed for departures and returns from the depot.
• Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid HGV (Category C+E) license is required, along with knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards.
• Previous logistics or delivery experience is advantageous, with strong organizational and time management skills.
