EVRi Erdington Delivery Unit is seeking a fixed-term Delivery Team Trainer to help new self-employed couriers start confidently from Day 1. You’ll greet couriers, help them set up the app, and guide them through scanning, loading and delivery prep, while connecting them with local contacts and providing Day 1 onboarding support.
Based in Erdington, you’ll coach and support in a fast-moving logistics environment. Immediate start through Jan 2027, full-time, 5 days over 7.
