HGV Class 1 Driver

Mainstay are recruiting for several HGV Class 1 general haulage drivers for our client based in Witton, Birmingham. The role involves nationwide deliveries and collections on a curtain sided vehicle, usually 1-4 drops, with no handball. The company operates on a Monday to Friday basis so there is no expectation of weekends (these can be offered at alternative clients). Shifts tend to last 10 - 12 hours, starting from 07:00.

There are also possibly permanent positions available for the right candidate.

Vehicles are all well-maintained and the company is quite a laid back place to work.

• £16.06 per hour (holiday pay accrued)
• £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
