Maintenance Controller

We are recruiting for an experienced  Maintenance Controller  to join a busy fleet operation. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet compliance, investigating vehicle damage and accidents, and ensuring vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and inspections
Manage fleet compliance and maintenance schedules
Investigate vehicle damage, defects, and accident reports
Liaise with suppliers, garages, and contractors
Review and challenge repair quotations and costs
Support insurance and claims processes
Maintain accurate records, reports, and fleet documentation
Work closely with drivers to promote safety and compliance
