• Check deliveries against the allocated route, paperwork and scanner to ensure all items are accounted for.
• Load and secure goods safely, organising deliveries in the correct route sequence.
• Deliver pharmaceutical products to the correct premises, following the allocated route and delivery schedule.
• Follow company procedures for handling medicines, controlled drugs and temperature-sensitive products, including temperature checks where required.
• Use a handheld scanner to record deliveries, collections and proof of delivery accurately.
• Obtain the required signatures and hand goods to an authorised recipient.
• Collect empty totes, returns and other authorised items as instructed.
