Warehouse Administrator

Our Client is currently looking for a warehouse administrator to work a 4 on 4 off shift.

Days shift and Night shift available

• 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00
• 4 on 4 off
• £12.51 per hour days
• £13.51 per hour nights

Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Safe Systems Of Work (SSOW's) that are connect to your role

To raise hazards through the SLAM reporting process by reporting to your manager

Ensure drivers are following the trailer chock process

To ensure that the Bay Control Process is followed.

To carry out yard checks as required

To ensure work load in prioritise accordingly.

To ensure that the warehouse colleagues pick or putaway from/to the appropriate bin locations

TO ensure that the stock is processed in order of first in, first out.

Greet Drivers on arrival to HUB office

Booking in the relevant driver onto Tranporeon.

Dispatching drivers with relevant paperwork

Support in the warehouse to support colleagues as and when required

Accountable any seal requirements and upload evidence into relevant files

Ensure pallets are picked in First in First out (FIFO)

Ensure Transporeon is maintained throughout the day.

Production of manual notes; export paperwork and sending to relevant haulier

Identification of problem picks inc short picks and digging out requirements.

Resolution to force picks through the system

SAP Awareness

Highlight Booking slot adherence issues.

Respond to customer emails and requests

Print packaging paperwork

Nights/Stock absence - Label packaging layer cards or damage of pallets or top frames.
