Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a stable, full-time night shift role with a growing logistics business? Carousel Logistics is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy hub team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time through our network to meet critical delivery deadlines.

• £13.45 per hour
• 45 hours per week
• Monday – Friday | 16:00 – 01:00
• Up to £3,500 per year night allowance
• 24 days annual leave plus Bank holidays

As a Warehouse Operative, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Moving and sorting freight within the warehouse
• Ensuring freight is processed efficiently to meet trunk departure times
• Following standard operating procedures and maintaining contractual performance targets
• Working accurately and methodically in a fast-paced environment
• Checking and maintaining warehouse equipment including pump trucks and conveyors
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth warehouse operations

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience
• A valid Forklift Licence
• At least 3 years’ Counterbalance Forklift experience
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
• Good understanding of written English, including numbers and instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive and dependable attitude
