Warehouse Operative

Looking for a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? Join our team as a
Warehouse Operative and play a key role in keeping products moving safely, accurately, and on time.

Here at ITW in Birmingham, we are looking for a reliable team pleayer with strong work ethic.

We are offering a full time, permanent role where you will be working any 5 days out of 7 on a rotating shift,
06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00‑22:00.

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently, using counterbalance
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Carrying out quality and safety checks on products and equipment
• Working towards daily productivity and performance targets
• Maintaining high housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

• Proven experience of driving counterbalance/ MHE
• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach
• Computer literacy – using Warehouse Management System
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  , showing initiative and adaptability
• Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
