Warehouse Operations Manager (Future Opportunity)

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, productivity, and service quality
• Manage inbound, outbound, storage, inventory control, and value-added logistics activities
• Develop and implement warehouse processes, SOPs, and operational control
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiative
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practice
• Manage warehouse staffing, workforce planning, training, and performance management
• Coordinate with transportation, customs, customer service, and commercial teams to ensure smooth supply chain operation
• Support warehouse startup projects, including layout planning, equipment implementation, and operational readiness activities
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and business partners where required
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency improvement

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations management
• Previous experience managing warehouse teams within a logistics, e-commerce, parcel, freight forwarding, or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control process
• Experience with warehouse startup, site launch, or operational transformation projects would be highly advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements within warehouse operation
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

• Experience with in logistics providers, express delivery, freight forwarding, e‑commerce fulfilment, or third‑party logistics (3PL) operations
• Experience managing warehouses of 20,000+ sq ft
• Familiarity with automation, warehouse optimisation, or process improvement initiatives
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is desirable
