GXO is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its Nestle Purina contract in Hams Hall, Birmingham. You will lead and develop a team of operational colleagues, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering efficient warehouse operations using EWM, Kronos, and YMS.
The role is full-time on a permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week, working an Any 5 out of 7 shift pattern from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
