Shift Pattern: FIXED SHIFT 06:00-14:00; FIXED SHIFT 15:00-23:00; FIXED SHIFT 22:00-06:00

Pay Rate: £13.54 - £18.00 per hour (depending on shift)

About the Role:

We are recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution company specialising in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Working within a modern, fast-paced distribution centre, you will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked, and replenished accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

• Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
• Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
• Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.

• Essential:
  Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics operation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work towards productivity and quality targets.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
