Great Bear, part of Culina Group, is recruiting an Operations Controller for the Minworth site on a permanent basis. The role is full-time with a salary of £27,097 per annum plus £2,000 night allowance and 4 on 4 off nights from 6pm to 6am.
You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inbound receipts and outbound loads are scheduled efficiently and staff are instructed to maintain flow and accuracy.
