The Recruitment Group is working on behalf of our client, a well-established warehouse and logistics operation, to recruit an experienced VNA FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced VNA forklift truck driver looking for a long-term warehouse role with a reputable employer.

The Role

As a VNA FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage and retrieval of stock within a busy warehouse environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading goods.
Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
Picking and replenishing stock rying out accurate stock movements and warehouse duties.
Ensuring goods are stored safely and securely.
Following all warehouse health and safety procedures.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.

About You

The successful VNA FLT Driver will ideally have:

Previous experience operating a VNA forklift truck in a warehouse environment.
A valid VNA FLT licence/certificate or relevant accredited training.
Good knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Experience working at height and within narrow-aisle warehouse environments.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
A strong commitment to workplace safety.
