Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

The Role We are recruiting for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Carlisle. This is a varied position combining stores, warehouse and purchasing support responsibilities. This role would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment, is organised, and is comfortable using computer systems while also carrying out practical warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities Receiving and processing deliveries Booking stock and goods into the company system Allocating items to the correct stock locations Moving and storing stock within the warehouse Maintaining a tidy and organised stores environment Monitoring and tracking outstanding deliveries Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone Supporting day-to-day operational and purchasing activities Carrying out general administrative tasks as required About You Previous warehouse, stores or stock control experience would be advantageous but is not essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes Good communication skills Reliable and proactive approach to work Able to undertake some physical duties, including moving stock and working across different areas of the site Positive attitude and willingness to learn What's on Offer Full training provided Monday to Friday working pattern No weekend working Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to gain experience across operations, stores and purchasing functions Immediate interview availability for suitable candidates If you are looking for a varied role where no two days are the same and enjoy a mix of administration and warehouse-based duties, we would love to hear from you
