FLT Counterbalance operative

Forklift Counterbalance Driver (PM Shift) - Sheldon/Yardley | £12.71 per hour

We're recruiting a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy operation in Sheldon/Yardley
. This is a great opportunity for someone confident on a counterbalance truck who takes pride in safe, accurate handling to minimise damage to stock and equipment.

£12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday

4:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move, store and pick stock safely and efficiently
• Loading containers correctly to maximise space and ensure secure, compliant loads
• Working accurately to reduce risk of damage to stock, racking and equipment
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required, keeping the work area clean and safe

• Minimum 12 months' counterbalance forklift experience (essential)
• Confident, competent forklift operator with a strong focus on safety and care
• Experience using long fork attachments (highly desirable)
• Good understanding of container loading / space optimisation
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on a PM shift

Please note this role is 70% Forklift, 30% general warehouse helping with wrapping and preparing parcels for dispatch, keeping areas tidy etc
