Temporary | Temp to Perm after 12 weeks Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Breaks: 30-minute paid break  30-minute unpaid break Reach Truck FLT Driver Required Weedon, NN7 Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing warehouse based in Weedon, Northamptonshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and flexible candidate with Reach Truck experience who is happy to complete full warehouse duties alongside FLT work.

Please note:

this is not an FLT-only role. You will be required to work both on and off the truck, including picking, packing, goods receipt, material movements, stock control, dispatch and warehouse documentation. A DBS check is required for this role. The cost will be covered by the company, but the check must be completed before starting. Training & Shift Pattern Candidates must be available to complete the full training programme before moving onto the permanent night shift.

Week 1 Training Monday to Friday | 09:0017:30 Week 2 Training Monday to Friday | 06:1513:45 Week 3 onwards Permanent Night Shift Monday to Friday | 21:4506:15 Weekend flexibility may be required depending on operational needs. Where weekend working is required, days off will be provided during the week.

The Role As a Reach Truck FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative , your duties may include:
Operating a Reach Truck safely within the warehouse Loading, unloading and moving pallets and materials Putting stock away into designated locations Retrieving materials safely from racking Completing daily pre-use FLT checks Reporting FLT defects and safety concerns Supporting goods-in and checking deliveries Moving raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods Picking and packing stock accurately Preparing materials for production and dispatch Supporting sampling activities when required Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and inventory tasks Completing warehouse documentation accurately Working in line with GMP, GDP and site procedures Maintaining high standards of housekeeping Supporting general warehouse duties as required Skills & Experience Required We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous Reach Truck FLT experience A valid Reach Truck licence expired or internal licences may be considered Previous warehouse experience The ability to work both on and off the FLT

Experience with picking, packing and general warehouse duties Good attention to detail and accuracy The ability to follow written procedures and complete paperwork A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach Flexibility to complete daytime training before moving onto nights The ability to work permanent night shifts Flexibility for overtime and weekend working when required The ability to complete a DBS check before starting A genuine interest in a temp-to-perm opportunity
