Location:

Tyseley, Birmingham (B11)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with potential extensions to 6:00pm during peak periods)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join a rapidly expanding fulfilment operation based in Tyseley, Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and process customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
Verify product information, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
Pack and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
Label parcels correctly and ensure timely shipment.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors.
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to achieve daily operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, or production environment is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling moderate lifting duties.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
