AUFGABEN
- Disposition von rund einem Dutzend Servicetechnikern im Außendienst
- Telefonische und schriftliche Entgegennahme von Kundenanliegen
- Erfassung und Pflege der Aufträge im System
- Triage und Priorisierung von Störungs- und Serviceanfragen
- Planung und Optimierung der täglichen Einsatzplanung
- Enge Abstimmung mit Technikern und internen Stellen
- Erfahrung in Disposition, Einsatzplanung oder Kundendienst (technisches Umfeld von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere am Telefon
- Teamorientiert und belastbar
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (ERP/Dispositionstools von Vorteil)
- Speditive Arbeitsweise zwingend (hohes Tagesvolumen)
- Deutsch m+s: sehr gut
- Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
