We are recruiting for a Property Repairs Administrator to provide short-term sickness cover within a busy housing repairs team. The role will mainly be based in Bishop Auckland, with one day per week from the Seaham office. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required to reliably get to both offices.

• Manage the team inbox, sort referrals and produce summaries.
• Log correspondence and letters accurately on Salesforce.
• Create reports using the QL housing management system.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to follow up queries.
• Check and arrange repairs appointments for customers.
• Support repairs planners when required.
• Contact customers to arrange post-work inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.

• Previous administration experience, ideally within housing, property services or repairs.
• Confident using Excel and managing data.
• Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work accurately in a busy environment.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
