The role of the Estimator Building Envelope will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates for arange of industrial roofing and cladding solutions
- Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
- Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
- Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
- Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
