Estimator – Housing / Commercial

A well-established housing company based in Teesside is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will come from a housing, construction or commercial estimating background, with strong experience in preparing accurate tenders, pricing works and managing costs from enquiry through to contract award.

Key requirements:

* Previous experience as an Estimator within housing, construction or commercial environments

* Strong understanding of construction costs, materials and subcontractor pricing

* Ability to produce accurate estimates and tenders

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider commercial team

Package:

* Salary up to £80,000, depending on experience

* Car allowance
