Customer Sales Consultant Salary: £12.71 p/h

Working Hours:
Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm while temping. Possible permanent opportunity to start FULL TIME hours in Nov 2026. Monday to Friday/Saturday, alternating weeks Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. They require someone to support them during their busy period on a temporary basis. Permanent opportunity for the right person on full time hours only though.
Customer Sales Consultant duties include:
Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions. Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Processing customer documentation, payments and invoices. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems. Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Supporting day-to-day administration and site operations. Ensuring customer areas remain welcoming and presentable.
Customer Sales Consultant person specification:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Confident, professional and resilient approach. Strong administration and organisational abilities. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Be versatile to help out with deliveries/heavy lifting where needed The location of the site is difficult to get to by public transport so ideally the candidate will have a driving license and own vehicle Other essential skills and experience needed – Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
