Nurse Part-Time

We're Looking for a Registered Nurse!

Bowes Court, Evenwood, Bishop Auckland

Job Type: Permanent / On-site

Shift: Part-time (12 hour shifts)

Are you a qualified Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing excellent, person-centred care?

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

You'll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care, building positive relationships with residents and ensuring their individual care needs are met.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality nursing and holistic care based on individual care needs
• Building strong therapeutic relationships with residents
• Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans
• Regularly reviewing and reassessing care to meet changing needs
• Reviewing and managing residents' medication
• Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records
• Keeping treatment rooms and clinical areas clean, organised and safe
• Working effectively with the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care and nursing documentation
• Following NMC standards, the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice
• Following all company policies and procedures

You will need:

• Registered Nurse qualification - RGN, RMN or RNLD
• At least 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse
• A genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A professional and caring approach

• £21.66 per hour - day shifts
• £21.95 per hour - night shifts
