Senior Night Nurse – RGN – £25ph – Nursing Home £25.00 per hour | Permanent Nights | Senior Position | Immediate Interviews Are you an experienced RGN working within a Nursing Home who is ready for more responsibility? Perhaps you're already a Senior Nurse, Night Nurse, Nurse-in-Charge or Clinical Lead — or you're an experienced Nursing Home Nurse who feels ready to take that next step.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established nursing home in the Crook / County Durham area , who is looking for a highly experienced Senior Night Nurse to join their permanent team. Immediate interviews are available. This isn't simply another Night Nurse position. The home is specifically looking for an experienced nurse who can take greater clinical responsibility during the night and help lead and support the wider care team.

You'll be joining an established nursing home caring for older people with a range of nursing, dementia and complex-care needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the care team throughout the night Providing high-quality nursing and clinical care Medication administration and management Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments Recognising and responding to changes in residents' conditions Supporting residents with dementia and complex nursing needs Supporting and guiding Healthcare Assistants Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Safeguarding and promoting residents' dignity, choice and independence Helping ensure the night shift runs safely and effectively This could be an excellent move if you have built up substantial nursing-home experience and now want a position where that experience is recognised.
