As a Store Manager you will work in store and truly drive the success of your store, inspiring your teams with a passion for great customer care. Your strategic leadership will help the business grow and evolve for the better, with opportunities to progress your career in beauty, healthcare and opticians.
AboutThe Role
You will:
- Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional care to our customers and patients.
- Lead the sales and performance of your store, keeping our customers at the heart of everything.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the Boots brand, helping us become the world’s best pharmacy‑led health and beauty retailer.
- Make the shop floor your own, getting to know our teams, sales and operations.
- Identify and implement improvements that set Boots apart from other retailers.
- Learn what your teams like and want to see change.
- Retail management and commercial experience, with outstanding customer service skills.
- Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement it in store to drive strong performance results.
- Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
- A collaborative personality and ability to thrive in a team‑centred approach.
- A passion for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
- Experience and comfort with navigating and embracing new technology.
