• Organise dates for a pre‑meeting with the Chair and take note of the agenda.
• Ensure the agenda is distributed to all Directors at least a week before the meeting.
• Ensure monthly management reports and financial reports are distributed to all Directors.
• Advise the Company Secretary of any other business that Directors intend to discuss prior to the meeting.
• Training will be provided in using Microsoft Teams to organise and record meetings and in using Fireflies to record, edit and download meetings.

• Access to broadband to participate in online meetings.
• Will be provided a laptop by Cue and Review.
• IT literate with good administrative and record‑keeping skills.
• Aware of confidentiality and able to follow relevant policies.
