About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll be ensuring that the level of clinical care we offer exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise and coach colleagues to deliver a service that exemplifies empathy for resident issues.
About YouYou have a valid NMC Pin, are knowledgeable of National Standards and the NMC code of practice, and have a background in person‑centred care planning within a care home. You bring positive energy, excellent mentorship skills, effective time management, meticulous record keeping, and a kind, considerate communication style with residents and co‑workers. You value kindness above all and recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect to safeguard residents.
