Position: Print Assistant to Screen Printer (Permanent)
Print Operator

Location - Bishopbriggs

Salary - ££32000 depending on experience

Shift Pattern - Back/Day/Night shift rotation

We are seeking experienced Print Industry professionals to join our established production team. This role involves carrying out a range of printing tasks within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a variety of large-scale printing machinery
Producing high‑quality printed materials in line with work instructions and standard procedures
Completing production documentation accurately
Setting up machines and overseeing the printing process
Preparing and loading materials for scheduled jobs
Conducting quality checks throughout the print production cycle
Identifying and resolving minor machine issues and carrying out basic maintenance
Performing routine preventative maintenance
Maintaining a clean and well‑organised work area in line with 5S standards

Previous experience in a Printer, Print Assistant or printer operator role
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in following work instructions
