We’re looking for a visionary leader to take our Client Services function to the next level. As Director of Client Services, you’ll join our Executive Board and shape the strategy behind exceptional client care and operational excellence.
You will transform processes, inspire teams, and deliver world‑class service across a department of 120 professionals.
Key responsibilities- Deliver consistent, outstanding service to clients and internal teams.
- Lead process improvements and digital transformation for maximum efficiency.
- Develop high‑performing managers and team leaders.
- Define KPIs and metrics that drive productivity and client satisfaction.
- Build capability through talent development and workforce planning.
- 3–5 years in a senior client service leadership role (professional services or legal preferred).
- Proven success managing multi‑location teams and delivering measurable improvements.
- Expertise in process improvement, service design, and technology adoption.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and a strategic, solutions‑focused mindset.
