Are you an organised Business Support Administrator who enjoys making things run more efficiently? Do you thrive on improving processes, working behind the scenes with business systems, and supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment?
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, international professional services organisation looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Support Administrator to become an integral part of their UK team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll play a key part in supporting business operations, maintaining and improving internal systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring the business operates efficiently across multiple departments.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Providing day-to-day business and administrative support across the organisation.
- Managing travel arrangements, meetings, bookings and office administration.
- Taking ownership of CRM and internal business systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of back-end systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Producing reports and analysing data to support business decisions.
- Working closely with Business Development, Marketing and HR to provide administrative support.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding and employee inductions.
- Coordinating suppliers and maintaining office resources.
- Supporting internal projects, including sustainability and business improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve administrative processes.
We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is naturally curious about how systems and processes can be improved.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Business Support, Office Administration or Operations role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience using CRM, HR or other business management systems.
- Confidence working with the back end of systems, maintaining data accuracy and improving workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different departments.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
