Associate; Quantity Surveying - Complex Construction

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proven quantity surveying professional to join a £multi‑billion transformation programme in Essex. This role is ideally suited to professionals who have successfully delivered complex construction projects within live operational environments, with project values in the region of £100 million.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the programme through its delivery phase-from advanced enabling works through to construction and fit-out-ensuring seamless integration with wider programme objectives and live operations. The programme is being delivered under the NEC form of contract, requiring strong commercial, delivery, and stakeholder management expertise.

This opportunity is perfect for candidates with experience in major rail station upgrades, airport projects, large regeneration schemes, or stadium developments.

• Administering NEC contracts, with a strong focus on claims management
• Managing a tier 1 contractor for the a major transformation programme
• Overseeing and delivering large-scale capex programmes, approximately £100million
• Ensuring contractual compliance and effective cost control
• Preparing detailed reports and providing strategic advice to senior management

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, with a significant post-graduate track record
• Strong expertise in NEC contract administration
• Experience in claims management and negotiations
• Background in managing large-scale construction programmes
