Are you an experienced conference producer passionate about creating executive-level events? Do you enjoy developing engaging content, recruiting world-class speakers, and shaping agendas that senior technology and cybersecurity professionals value?

We're looking for a Senior Conference Producer to manage the end-to-end delivery of a global portfolio of B2B events. You'll be responsible for agenda design, speaker engagement, and content development
, working closely with marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to deliver events that make an impact.

Plan and manage the full production of high-profile executive events.

Recruit and support speakers
, ensuring engaging and relevant content.

Curate agendas that reflect current trends and delegate needs

Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to align content with business and partner objectives.

Oversee speaker communication and provide guidance to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain high standards of event quality and attendee experience.

5+ years' experience in conference production or executive event delivery
.

Experienced in agenda creation and speaker recruitment
.

Familiarity with technology or cybersecurity sectors is a plus.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Comfortable engaging with senior professionals.

Solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills
