Location: Bishop Stortford, Land Rover

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

Hours: 42 Hours weekly (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with one early finish per week and Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)

Salary: OTE up to £38,000 (uncapped) with basic of £32,000 per annum

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories that will benefit the customer
• Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
• Managing a high volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
• Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time a customer’s car is in the workshop
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when bookings are made

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and passion for customer service and cars.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and explain technical information clearly.

• Experience using Kerridge or ADP is an advantage; knowledge of other dealer systems is a plus.
