Recruitability is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Bishop's Stortford for a 3-month fixed term contract. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and online channels, delivering high-quality service in a busy team environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The role runs 5 days a week, including Saturdays on a rota basis, with a weekday off in lieu.
