Location: Bishops Stortford

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
17.5 Hours per Week – Morning Sessions
Fixed Term – Until the End of the Academic Year

Gold Education Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and supportive school in sourcing a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the remainder of this academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and proactive individual who is passionate about making a real difference in the classroom.

The Role

* 17.5 hours per week (predominantly mornings)

* Providing additional classroom support

* Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress

* Working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning outcomes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Experience delivering interventions

* Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

* A background in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support (desirable)

* A patient, adaptable and positive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
