Bupa is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Premier Court Care Home, located at Thorley Lane East, Thorley, Bishop’s Stortford CM23 4BH
. In this role you will work night shifts, managing the unit while providing clinical care and support the well‑being of our residents.

• Taking responsibility for the well‑being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and comply with relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for managing the unit and performing clinical duties in the home, including care oversight, medication administration and ordering, care plan evaluation, and continuous clinical guidance.
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are upheld to a high clinical standard.
• Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams and supporting all CQC requirements.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering kindness and support.
• Effective communication and reporting skills to handover clinical issues to other team members and health care professionals.
• Strong critical thinking, confidence and self‑reliance to manage care staff and remain calm in emergency situations, particularly when working alone during night shifts.
