Bishop’s Stortford (5 days in office) £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

Deep Rec.ai (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring Recruitment Resource rs to join our Recruitment Academy.

This role focuses on candidate sourcing and delivery across AI, Machine Learning and Robotics markets in the DACH, Swiss and US regions, with clear progression into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

• Source and headhunt candidates in AI and Machine Learning
• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Run screening calls and support live roles
• Map markets and maintain CRM data
• Learn the full recruitment lifecycle through structured training

• Motivated, resilient and competitive individuals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• No recruitment experience required
• Able to commute to Bishop’s Stortford (5 days in office)
• Ambition to progress into a consultant role
